WE ARE LAUNCHING A REVOLUTIONARY SCIENTIFIC DATA COLLECTION SOLUTION

We are delighted to announce we will be launching our pioneering data-collection solution, VIDA at Lab Innovations 2019 on October 30 2019.

Developed in close consultation with lab managers worldwide, VIDA is making its debut to the UK market as a compact handheld technology that connects to scientific research equipment and devices to improve data collection in laboratories.

Electronic and paper-less, VIDA has been designed to eliminate the risks associated with manual data collection methods in labs, including human error. It also helps labs to better meet regulatory and compliance standards due to its accurate and guaranteed data collection and problem-solving features.

VIDA has been successfully used by Teesside University in a lab trial, reporting 100% accuracy on the scientific data collected.

Keith Walker, managing director at Martel Instruments, said: “In setting out to create a new, innovative technology at Martel Instruments, the concept of VIDA quickly became something to pursue. We got to know the laboratory market and understood the ways in which we could help with data recording. Using our leading and bespoke manufacturing expertise, we were able to produce a responsive, electronic piece of technology that enables labs to more securely and effectively transfer data from their research to any information management system, something we understand doesn’t currently exist.

“We will be officially launching VIDA into the market at Lab Innovations and I strongly encourage those attending the event to stop by stand G2 to connect with our team of experts who will be showcasing the product. We are also currently seeking industry professionals who are interested in a free trial of our cutting-edge VIDA technology.”

Lab Innovations, which will be held at NEC, Birmingham on Wednesday 30 – Thursday 31 October, is the UK’s largest annual trade exhibition dedicated to the laboratory industry.

Developed and manufactured at our Durham head office, VIDA can be used internationally in laboratories and is compatible with all major equipment manufacturers.
