We will be attending the Pittcon Conference & Expo 2020 with our revolutionary data collection technology, VIDA next week in Chicago, Illinois, US.
We are excited to announce that VIDA is going to the US market, showcasing at the global renowned Pittcon Conference on 1st – 5th March 2020. Pittcon is a world leading annual conference and exposition on laboratory science, attracting attendees from industry, academia and government from over 90 countries worldwide.
This is an important showcase for VIDA, widening its exposure cross-continent, with the aim of encouraging the future uptake of trials in the US market.
We are going to Pittcon to exhibit VIDA to lab managers, teams and technicians so that they can experience VIDA’s unique data collection capabilities first-hand and how it can impact US laboratories the way it has in the UK so far.
There has been interest in VIDA outside of the UK already with trials currently underway in Europe. Reporting 100% accuracy in metadata recordings and transfers on all trials so far, VIDA truly is a product for an international market with the potential to improve the data collection process like no other product at the moment.
VIDA Project Manager, Joanne Hockaday said: “This is our first time attending Pittcon in Chicago solely just showcasing VIDA. We have been before as Martel Instruments, but now that VIDA has gained such global interest, it’s time to present its full capabilities to lab teams worldwide.
“We’ve built VIDA from an idea to a usable, revolutionary data-collection product, so getting to this stage is exciting for us – we can’t wait for more people to learn about its potential. We have great belief in VIDA and the feedback we’ve had from trials in the UK confirms it. Data collection is a really important part of research and measurement in labs, however the current manual processes create challenges for teams. VIDA is a solution to improve data recording, and to help labs avoid the costly fines associated with inaccurate recordings.”
VIDA is an automatic and electronic technology that has been created with lab managers worldwide to help eliminate the risks that can be associated with manual data collection methods in labs whilst also improving workflow and productivity.
We want as many lab managers and teams as possible to experience the positive impact of this revolutionary data collection technology to tackle the day-to-day challenges of their labs.
